This is virtual training is designed to strengthen the capacity of job developers and other employment service provider staff by equipping them with advanced strategies and practical tools to successfully engage employers. Through interactive learning, case studies, and simulation exercises, participants will develop the skills needed to effectively position job seekers as valuable assets to the workforce.
TNGCS and First Work have come together to offer this training in response to a growing need within the Integrated Employment Service (IES) sector to shift from transactional job placement models to more relationship-driven, employer-informed approaches to be successful at meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI). This training is part of a broader effort to drive sustainable employment outcomes and bridge the gap between job seekers and inclusive employment opportunities.
